On June 11th and 12th, 2011, the Long Island Scale Modeling Society held "RepLIcon 25", their annual modeling contest.  For the first time ever, the show was held at the American Airpower Museum, located in a historic aircraft hangar on Republic Airport, formerly the home of Republic Aviation, builders of the legendary P-47 Thunderbolt (among other historic aircraft).   A few NJ/IPMS members where there, including Martin Quinn, who took these pictures.
